Herbert Avenue in the Clairemont area.  A 2.5 million dollar renovation that includes school-wide classroom and playground transformations, a new science lab and a K-12 library with plenty of room to think, read, write and present student team and individual inquiry projects is almost completed.

News notes:

Muir will continue to have a late start next year.  Bell times for 2008-9 will be 8:55 to 3:47.

Muir's Kindergarten/First Grade class has been selected to be a part of this year's Museum of Photographic Arts 3rd Annual Youth Exhibition-Writing With Light. They photographed each other and  wrote a story called “The Monster That Ate Pizza.”
